1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Saajvan Design Studio ("Studio," "we," or "us") for interior architecture, space planning, 3D visualization, or turnkey execution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Design Services & Project Scope

We provide residential and commercial interior design services tailored to your specific project needs. The precise scope of deliverables—including floor plans, 3D renderings, material selection, and site supervision—will be formalized in a written Project Proposal or Service Agreement prior to project commencement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original design concepts, floor plans, 3D visualizations, moodboards, and architectural drawings created by Saajvan Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the Studio. Clients are granted an exclusive license to utilize the approved designs solely for the designated site location upon full settlement of agreed fees.

4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure project timelines and quality execution, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate site measurements, structural documentation, and design specifications.
• Grant timely site access to our design team, engineers, and authorized contractors.
• Review and provide written sign-off on design milestones, material selections, and layouts in a prompt manner.

5. Payment Terms & Quotations

Quotations provided by Saajvan Design Studio are valid for 30 days from issuance. Payments for design fees and contractor procurement milestones must be made according to the schedule detailed in your Project Agreement. Late payments may result in work suspension or revised project delivery dates.

6. Revisions & Scope Modifications

Initial design proposals include up to two rounds of minor revisions. Substantial scope modifications or requests for additional 3D renders beyond the agreed contract scope will be billed as additional design hours or addendums.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saajvan Design Studio strives for flawless craftsmanship and rigorous quality control. However, we are not liable for delays or site damages caused by third-party contractors engaged directly by the client, structural defects existing prior to project commencement, or unforeseen events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
